Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Not be worn, altered, or damaged in any way
  • Be returned with all original packaging and accessories included

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact our support team at support@ivoryn.shop. We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Please provide your order number and a clear explanation for the return in your email.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and bank processing times may vary. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ivoryn.shop and we will investigate further.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at support@ivoryn.shop and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. This will also provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your return.
